Thanks for your concern Kim and Kuku. I'm fine, though! These past three days have been the busiest days this year, but also the most satisfying. I realized that if I had a cellphone, I would only go on the computer once in a blue moon. I'll be investing in one soon, so I can focus more on my studies and spending a hell of a lot more time with my real life friends. I won't ever forget the people I met online though. Never. You guys mean the world to me and I hope to meet you all in real life someday. Saturday was the most fun I've had in a long time. I finally got out on the weekend instead of sitting around being a couch potato. I'm really glad I did too - I made so many great memories. I was finally persuaded to going to a Burmese Water Festival. This little kid was spraying my friends and me with his water gun, and his older brother was freaking out, trying to restrain him. It was the cutest thing ever, because once we waved hello, he got all excited and even his brother couldn't hold him back. He ran off to go refill his water gun, but we unfortunately had to leave before he came back. When we were driving past, I saw him looking around for us. I was waving frantically at him from in the car until his older brother finally noticed us. The little boy tried to spray us with his water gun as we left. I also went to Oakridge Centre and saw the cutest guy ever. I seriously wanted to marry him - he was that adorable. Anyways, I met him at an ice cream parlour, where he was working. He laughed so easily - his laugh makes him so much more attractive - and was super friendly. I contemplated going back for more ice cream because I wanted to see him again, but that'd be obvious. He gave me a free scoop of ice cream. It was awesome ; 3; I think in other people's opinion, he wasn't that cute. I'm a sucker for laughs though, and an amazing laugh will over shadow many physical flaws. The only downside was that he looked older than 20. ;_; NO HOPE. After, my friends and I went to the arcade where we saw even more cute guys, oh my god. LOL. I haven't been to the arcade in months, but now I'm definitely looking forward to going back next week. I hope they're regulars there - I'd like to make friends with them, not only because they're good-looking, but because I'd actually like to pit my skills against theirs. Day Eight: Three turn ons.1. A nice laugh. It doesn't have to be deep or throaty or anything. I'm attracted to people who will laugh without restraints, people who laugh because they are genuinely happy, people who will laugh simply because they can. 2. Intelligence. I'm pretty sure I mentioned this multiple times in previous posts, but I love intelligent people. They don't have to have exceptionally high IQs, just have to have some common sense and a broad knowledge. 3. An innocent or awkward sense of humor. I find this unbelievably adorable. 7. Halo or COD?I haven't played either. ;_; The best book you’ve read in the last year. The Monstrumologist by Rick Yancey. I didn't read many books last year, but this book would be a top contender in any year. I recommend it to anyone who likes blood and gore. Day 7 - Least Favorite ProfessorProfessor Binns. I don't have anything wrong with him, per say. It's just that the students find him so boring that I can't help but find him boring. 4: If you could chose a time period to be born at , which one would it be and why?It depends on whether or not I retain memories of the life I am leading right now. I'd love to be born in the 1800s, preferably 1835, or even during the Renaissance. Renaissance because there were advances in Sciences nearly everyday and I'd love to be apart of that. 1835 because of the abundance of opportunities in the business world. 5 signs that you’re into someoneThis is a really hard one. I treat the person I like like a close friend, mostly because I don't want them to know I like them. At other times, I truly do like them as only a friend, and nothing more. The way I treat someone is really ambiguous in this way. The following list could be for a close friend, or an actual crush. 1. I stay up late to talk to you. I'll stay up late to wait for you, so I can talk to you. 2. I'll come up with stupid excuses to talk to you. 3. I'll try to say something witty or profound to make you laugh. (which usually doesn't turn out the way I want it to, just saying) 4. I laugh at everything you say. I laugh pretty easily though, so it's not really a feat. 5. I've no idea if it's noticeable or not, but I get upset if you don't talk to me, or ignore me in favour of someone else. |
