I'm so addicted to these blog challenges. I feel like I'm being interviewed and it's awesome.
Day Three: Eight ways to win your heart.
I can't tell the difference between what I want in a friend and what I want in a lover, so I'm just gonna lump all the qualities I find attractive together. I won't be mentioning given traits such as loyalty, compassion, kindness, etc. because I'm pretty sure that's what anyone would look for.

1. The easiest way to win my heart would be to be my friend in the first place. It means that I like you enough and that we can relate on some level. Also, I don't mean the kind of friend where we talk to each other for five minutes and we act like we're buddy-buddy; that's not what I consider a friend.

2. I admire anyone who is respectful and accepting towards others, regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation, appearance, etc. I like people who can put aside their differences and prejudices and see someone for who they really are. This isn't to say that you would have to continuously take smack from someone who is older, though. I sometimes judge people by the way they judge others.

3. I appreciate anyone who will take the time out of their busy schedules to talk to me or give me a call. It doesn't matter to me if it's because of a trivial reason; it shows me that you care. Really, all you need to do is just talk to me on a daily basis. I'll stick to anyone who does that like glue.

4. I like to do really childish things such as playing pet sites and Pokemon, watching Disney and Pokemon movies, and playing games. It be great if I could spend time doing that sort of stuff with another person, or at least avoid being teased.

5. I like literature and art. I'd like to talk to someone about books, our different views on it, maybe recommend each other novels, too. You don't necessarily have to worship books or other forms of art - appreciation is good enough.

6. Dude, take me out on a picnic, forreals, alone or with a group of friends. It doesn't have to been in the park - just in the backyard is fine. Preferably away from trees because I'm wary of insects falling into my food or in my hair. I'd like to feed the ducks, fly kites, and maybe watch the sun set, too.

7. Play video games with me. I like working towards a common goal with another person, cussing in anger at our computer screens, laughing at stupid mistakes, that sort of thing. I connect with anyone I game with.

8. I like someone who knows how to have fun, but knows when to be mature. At times I'm immature and like to talk about stupid crap, but I like the occasional debate and serious conversation as well. I like someone who can joke a lot, but I won't like a happy-go-lucky attitude when it's uncalled for.
2. Which consoles do you have?
Wii and PS2. Then I have like, three Gameboys and two of every game so I can trade Pokemons and stuff with myself, ahaha.
Your 5 least favorite books of all time.
1. Heart of Darkness & Tales of Unrest by Joseph Conrad
2. In Cold Blood by Truman Capote
3. Blood Meridian by Cormac McCarthy
4. Needful Things by Stephen King
5. The Jungle Books by Rudyard Kipling

It seems like I'm not too fond of classics. I'd like to throw in Journey to the Centre of the Earth by Jules Verne and Great Expectations by Charles Dickens, but I never finished them and there's no room. The main reason why I didn't like these novels was because they were too advanced for me and I couldn't seem to wrap my head around the language and concepts. Maybe a year or two from now I'll get around to reading them again. I have a whole bunch of classics on my bookshelf, but I lose interest in them before I get to the good parts.
Day 2 - Least Favorite Book in the Series
I can't choose between The Chamber of Secrets and The Prisoner of Azkaban. I found both to be dull in comparison to the other novels by JK Rowling.
