What you do is suck in your lower belly, not your upper belly, as far as you can. Make it feel like it's going into your spine. Hold that pose for 15-60 seconds. Rest 15-20 seconds and repeat. Do this for at least 5 minutes a day, not counting the rest times. I've had hundreds of client do this exercise and they average around 1.75 inches lost around their waists in less than a month.
